The Burj Khalifa entry fee varies by experience: At the Top (levels 124 and 125), At the Top SKY (level 148) and The Lounge (levels 152–154) each have different ticket prices and inclusions. This guide explains how entry fees are structured and what you get for your money.
At the Top (124 & 125) – Entry Fee
At the Top is the standard observation deck at 456 metres. The entry fee is usually the lowest of the three main experiences. Prices depend on time slot: morning and afternoon are often cheaper; sunset and evening are typically higher. Children and seniors may have reduced rates. The ticket includes access to levels 124 and 125, use of telescopes and multimedia exhibits, and a set duration (e.g. one to two hours). Fast track is an add-on that costs extra.
At the Top SKY (148) – Entry Fee
At the Top SKY is a premium experience on level 148. The entry fee is higher than At the Top and typically includes: priority access, guided tour, outdoor terrace on 148, refreshments, and access to levels 125 and 124 as well. Fewer guests are admitted per slot, which justifies the higher price. Sunset and prime-time slots often cost more.
The Lounge (152–154) – Entry Fee
The Lounge, on levels 152, 153 and 154 at 585 metres, is the highest and most exclusive public experience. The entry fee is the highest and includes canapés, refreshments and lounge service. Capacity is limited. Prices vary by time of day and package.
What Affects the Price?
Factors that affect the Burj Khalifa entry fee include: experience type (124/125 vs 148 vs 152–154); date and time (peak vs off-peak); whether you add fast track; and whether you buy a combo (e.g. with Dubai Fountain or other attractions). Official prices are set by the attraction and can change; third-party sellers may offer promotions or different availability.
At.mosphere (122) – Different Model
At.mosphere on level 122 is a restaurant and lounge. Access is through a dining or lounge reservation rather than a standard entry ticket. You pay for your meal or minimum spend; there is no separate "observation deck" entry fee for 122. Prices depend on the meal or package you choose.
Booking in Advance
Booking in advance locks in your date and time and can sometimes secure better prices than walk-up. Popular slots (sunset, weekends) sell out. Compare the official channel and authorised resellers to see current entry fees and offers.
Currency and Payment
Prices are often shown in UAE dirhams (AED) or US dollars (USD) depending on the seller. Pay in the currency that suits you; check for any conversion or booking fees. Refund and cancellation policies vary by seller—read them before you book.
Child and Senior Pricing
Many ticket types offer reduced entry fees for children (e.g. under 12) and sometimes for seniors. Age limits and discounts vary by experience and seller. Proof of age may be required at the entrance. Family packages or group rates may also be available.
Hidden Costs to Consider
Beyond the base entry fee, consider: fast track add-ons; professional photos on site; combo experiences (e.g. fountain, mall attractions); and transport if you're not staying nearby. None of these are mandatory, but they can affect your total spend.
Value for Money by Experience
At the Top (124/125) offers the best value if you mainly want the view. At the Top SKY (148) adds guided tour and refreshments for a higher fee. The Lounge (152–154) is the premium option for the highest level and lounge service. Choose based on how much you want to spend and how exclusive you want the experience to be.
