Burj Khalifa fast track tickets let you skip the main queue at the entrance and, in many cases, at the elevators to the observation deck. They’re an add-on to your standard At the Top (124/125) or other experience. This guide explains what fast track includes, when it’s worth the extra cost and how to book.
What Is Fast Track?
Fast track gives you access to a dedicated lane at the Burj Khalifa entrance in The Dubai Mall and often a priority queue for the elevators. You still have a time slot and must arrive within it; the difference is less waiting in line. It does not extend your time on the observation deck or change what’s included in your experience.
When Is Fast Track Worth It?
Fast track is most useful at busy times: weekends, holidays, sunset and evening slots. If you’re visiting in the morning on a weekday, queues may be short and the add-on less necessary. If you have limited time or prefer to avoid long waits, fast track can be a good investment. Prices vary by seller and date.
How to Get Fast Track
Fast track is usually offered as an option when you buy your observation deck ticket (e.g. “At the Top + Fast Track”). Some premium experiences (e.g. At the Top SKY or The Lounge) may include priority access by default. Check the ticket description when booking to see if fast track is included or available as an add-on.
Arrival with Fast Track
Even with fast track, arrive within your time slot. Look for signs or ask staff for the fast track / priority lane. Have your ticket (mobile or printed) ready. You’ll still pass through security; the fast track lane simply has fewer people in front of you.
